Pros: I am a contractor, and I still was able to enjoy the mentorship programs. Within just a year, I boosted my career a lot.
Cons: It is said that, generally, contractors receive different treatment than FTEs and, generally, they receive only simple tasks. However, in my case, I haven’t experienced it. I may have gotten lucky with the team.
