I cleared all technical and HR rounds, but I got rejected. I don't know the reason. The interviewer was nice to me in both technical rounds, and the manager was also happy.

Pros: Lots of smart and young engineers to work with. But the working environment is competitive instead of collaborative. You need to be very aggressive and good at stepping on others' shoulders to move up.
Cons: Terrible culture and management team.
No work-life balance. Extremely long working hours and hard to get vacation days to recharge. You have to work even when you are sick.
