- The phone interview was a live coding session. It is a pretty difficult front-end problem.
- The onsite was 4 panels with 2 engineers each. Mostly white boarding with culture questions with the manager.
- My interview was 9 a.m. in the morning and glad that interviewers didn't hate me for that.
- Interviewers are smart and professional.

Pros: Uber is the best tech company I have worked for. Uber has got this great momentum. It's exciting to be part of the company that is going to Uberize the world. The senior management here is just top-notch. We recently hired the Obama's campaign manager to be our SVP.
My teammates are all very nice and fun to work with. Everyone has his/her own mentor to learn from. I enjoy coming to work every day.
Cons: Not many good restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: The engineering team moves very fast.
The product is very exciting.
Engineers there have the chance to work on everything from frontend to backend.
Cons: Work/life balance needs improvement. Some managers have no vision of what the team should do.
