Pros: - Fast-paced. We move really fast and fix things all the time.
- As an Engineer, I'm able to drive a lot of product directions, basically being a mini-PM, which I personally enjoy very much.
- Probably the best startup in the valley right now in terms of growth rate. I really believe Uber will hit it big.
Cons: - Food is not the best.
- We work really hard, so we had to cut down some time spent with family. I'd say there's still work-life balance, though.

Pros: Helping people reach their destinations for the lowest fare, plus getting the satisfaction of giving drivers the chance to earn money.
Cons: Stressful and bad communication, and some food on site is not good.
