Process

I only had the chance to speak with an engineer for the telephonic round. The interviewer was terrible with communication skills, arrived late for the interview, and then had no idea how to judge a programming exercise based on C++.

Overall, it was a very terrible experience, and I really hope that Uber gives a serious look into its interview panel.

Questions

// Evaluates an arithmetic expression. // Example: evalexpr(-4 - 3 * 2 / 2 + 4) -> result (float or double) // // The input is an array/list of Tokens representing a VALID arithmetic expression. // The output is the result as a float or double. // // Token: // type: one of NUM, ADD, SUB, MUL, DIV // value: float or double (only defined/relevant when the token type is NUM) // // Todo: // 1. Implement the Token class/struct. // 2. Implement evalexpr.
