Extremely agile process. They respond quickly, with clarity and are very professional, unlike other big techs.
I had 2 algorithm interviews, LeetCode style, paired with another engineer from the company, one cultural fit interview, and one software architecture interview.
My only criticism of the process was that the preparatory material for the architecture interview presented complex problems (like building YouTube, like building Google Meet), but the question itself had a much more reduced scope (like building a search system for an e-commerce platform).
