Pros: We have the mindset and velocity of a young company still trying to prove itself, but the resources and maturity of a company coming into its own.
You get to work on hugely challenging problems, with a lot of resources to bring to bear.
Cons: The company is growing quickly, so be prepared to push through problems on your own at times, as the usual bureaucracy isn't fully in place yet.

Great Mentorship, Career Boosted

Pros: I am a contractor, and I still was able to enjoy the mentorship programs. Within just a year, I boosted my career a lot.
Cons: It is said that, generally, contractors receive different treatment than FTEs and, generally, they receive only simple tasks. However, in my case, I haven’t experienced it. I may have gotten lucky with the team.
