In my entire job hunting process, Uber was the first place where the interviewers were friendly and courteous. Even though I had back-to-back interviews, they were all very nice and polite, unlike some of the arrogant interviewers I have encountered so far at Google and Facebook.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Most of my interviews went pretty well.

They do care a lot about cultural fit, and I guess that's why I didn't get an offer. I am looking more for a job that lets me innovate rather than just worry about scaling things.
