Process

This was for ATG group.

Stages:

  • Recruiter phone screen
  • Technical phone screen (with online coding)
  • Hiring manager call
  • Onsite interview (5 different sessions, plus lunch)

Recruiter didn't call me at the scheduled time for the phone screen, so I had to reschedule. The technical phone screen also had to be rescheduled due to miscommunication between the recruiter and interviewer. The process was very slow, taking about 2.5 months. Feedback and responses from recruiters were also slow, sometimes with 1-2 weeks without any communication. The process felt unnecessarily bureaucratic at times, as I had interactions with six different recruiters, not including interviewers.
