It took two weeks to receive feedback. I interviewed for an Engineering Manager position and was offered a Sr. Developer position. I softly declined, as I had accepted a Sr. Engineering Manager position at a different organization. The hiring manager was very shrewd and incapable.

Cons: More headcount than needed leads to negativity, especially when clubbed with rapid promo culture.

Pros: The company pays well, and there are good people working there. The perks are also pretty nice.
Cons: It's very performance-focused, with few practical tools to measure performance objectively. So, in my opinion, performance is often not judged fairly, including when it comes to promotion.
Since the company has changed its focus to efficiency (reducing spending), they are trying to double down on this inefficient performance process. My feeling is that this is turning the environment toxic. At the managerial position, this is most evident.

Socially conscious leadership that tries to do the right thing.
Great HQ and benefits.
Competitive salaries.
Cons: Lacking product dynamism.
Culture is stagnating with malaise setting in.
Lacks inspiring leadership.
