Leadership at the top has no clue. They can't lead or motivate. The office is empty by 5 p.m. There's no excitement anymore about the company. People are tired. Please remove Thaun and hire someone with vision, communication skills, and a backbone. All the engineering is now going offshore, so there are very few career opportunities and little room to move unless you pack up your life and go overseas.
