- They use a modern stack in Python and NodeJS, and utilize Storm, Kafka, and Spark.
- The work schedule is 8 hours, with extra hours sometimes depending on yourself and your schedule.
- They offer equity compensation with much larger value than what I could get at Facebook/Google/LinkedIn, and huge upside potential.
- There are 400 Uber credits per month.
Really nothing to complain about.
Hiring bar is high, but we need more training for the interviewers. A unified interviewing process would be better and keep the experience consistent.
