Pros: Udemy has articulated a fairly comprehensive vision for DEI. They’ve publicly committed to inclusion & pay equity, created internal governance (BEDI Council), tracking metrics, and offering DEI learning via their own platform.

Cons: When business imperatives take precedence, employees from marginalized groups may feel DEI is less of a core commitment.

Pros: Good engineers. Nice experience to be part of the changing product. Trying hard to follow up AI trends.

Cons: A lot of engineers are getting better positions by talking. Push to being visible, resulting in a lot of political environment.
