Pros: It's good to start gaining experience with American companies in Mexico.
Cons: Imagine starting a new hybrid job and on the first day being told that it's no longer 2 days in the office, but 3, and that a return to the office daily is expected soon. That's the kind of thing that should be said before hiring, not after.
