It was good. The interviewers were friendly. The recruiters were honest and straightforward about the process. I would recommend their company. It was a good experience interviewing. The onsite was 4 hours, with 3 hours being technical and the other hour was a culture fit through lunch.

- Management really cares about the employees
- Good work-life balance, except for regular meetings with the USA on evenings and nights, and extra work required for some projects with deadlines. However, it doesn't happen too frequently.
Cons: - Not the best salary in Ankara.
- No extra payment for extra working hours.
- Frequent meetings on evenings.
- Frequent on-call duty.
