Benefits in general:
Other than the above, product improvement is surprisingly bad. The product can evolve into so many things, and so much can be added, but there is no stable product team to drive these.
Revenue is valued much more than the quality of the product or courses.
Work-life balance is not that good, especially for the Ankara office. There is a little bit more stress than required, and the general working culture requires the sacrifice of a little portion of personal time.
Recruiting call Hackerrank test - 3 MCMR, 2 coding questions Phone screening - 1h Onsite interview - 4h They tried to assess my background by asking technical questions in the phone screening. There were OOP and system design sessions besides a codi
Overall, they ask questions about Udemy's internal design, data structures, and algorithms. It looks like they search for improvements from interviewees, and I think it is unethical because they make the interviewees do their work.
The process took 3 weeks, which was not a good experience. I wish HR had come to meet me, but the technical interview process started immediately when I got to the meeting room.
