Great people, relatively low-pressure environment.
Due to mismanagement, the company is “relocating jobs” to lower-cost geos. Basically, laying everyone off without saying they’re laying everyone off. The company executed management’s failing plan. As a reward, you were either laid off or get to train your replacements before you’re laid off.
Meanwhile, many of the people that made these poor executive decisions have jumped ship with their golden parachutes well ahead of this, off to ruin some other company.
As an employee and a shareholder, I’m furious with the mismanagement of this company, and I don’t have high hopes for its future.
