Certain people spoil everything. Favouritism at its peak. People who are closer to middle managers only grow. They get everything, treating others as nothing, just like a number. If something goes well, they take credit. If something goes wrong, they put a gun to their head. Certain people are treated with WFH, travel, and so on. Others don't even exist. They can't even ask anything. They suppress like anything.
Have at least minimum empathy. Treat people well. Trust people who have a proven history.
There are 4 rounds: 2 DSA and 1 LLD round. HR will hurry you through these rounds. For the last round, they will ghost you. The last round was the Hiring Manager round. The HR won't even pick up our calls and won't reject you either.
