The company is very employee-centric. It takes care of all employee needs, such as commute, meals, travel, and recreation. Quarterly surveys are conducted to ensure that employee concerns are heard and acted upon. Work-life balance is also good. Compensation is also very competitive.
The marketing and sales team needs to do a better job selling our product.
