Most of the teammates are not helpful and do not reply in chat.
When new people join, the team should be helpful to onboard them. How can a new person know about all repos, code flow, what to do, and where to do it without any documentation?
People in the team know things (because they have already worked on them), yet they are reluctant to tell or explain. There are multiple sub-projects, and I have worked on most of them but did not get much help from people in the team. I had to figure it out on my own. Nothing is documented.
I am not sure if it is the same in other teams in India or not.
This is not unexpected, as nobody replies to important chats.
Discussions with the manager are only based on work. There are no growth or other talks.
The workload is too much. Sometimes, I have to work at night or on the weekend as well.
It is difficult to say, but things should be improved. Not sure how, but they should be. I can't tell the team.
There were 3 rounds in total: 1 for technical, 1 for behavioral, and 1 coding round. The questions were tough and not very easy to answer all of them. The coding questions were similar to LeetCode, but a level higher.
The online assessment and interview consisted of three competitive coding problems, with forty-five minutes allocated to solve them. It was a proctored online assessment test. This company offered 1 lakh per month for the internship, and upon conver
I applied through the university. There were two technical rounds and one HR round. The technical rounds were not that difficult, but they wanted me to write an optimized solution in terms of time and space complexity.
