Pros: Excellent employees that create an unparalleled working environment.
Great offices with great services.
An opportunity to work on some really fun and cool projects.
Cons: Leadership is quite directionless. All the pros of working here are somewhat overshadowed by the constant chaos of layoffs and reorgs, as a result of poor investment choices and "diversification" which ultimately translates into purchasing businesses with no relation to the company.

There are some talented engineers hidden behind poor management.
Cons: Communication comes from all directions, and there is no source of truth.
Documentation on code, practices, infrastructure, etc., is either 5-7 years old or nowhere to be found.
Their use of contractors and cheap engineers has led to spaghetti code bases that have bandaids on top of bandaids.
