The process involved around six steps, ranging from technical assessments to evaluating culture fit. There was no information about the salary before the offer was extended.
It was tedious to sit through multiple interviews and complete a coding challenge, only to be rejected by a general message that didn't explain what I was lacking.

Pros: Unity has some astonishing people in both middle manager and individual contributor roles. Some of the best people I have worked with.
Unity engine is an awesome tool that provides tremendous value to game developers.
Good compensation in EMEA.
Environment supports you if you are career-driven and have Machiavellian tendencies.
Cons: - Individual Contributors (developers) are not respected.
- Mushroom management.
- No longer a gaming / game engine company.
- Upper management lacks competence.
- Upper management cannot ever admit fault, and they lie and twist reality in a vain effort to cover things up.
