Pros: Perks are awesome. You get free lunch, more vacations than most places, the possibility to work from home, free snacks and beer, and ergonomic desks. It's a great environment. Projects are pretty interesting in general.

Cons: Had a bad experience with management, at least on the team I worked on. Tasks are poorly defined, and feedback is minimal until things go wrong and it's already too late. Weird people get promoted too. For example, you may see people with excellent coding skills but bad social and management skills going higher in the hierarchy. Management is not really good at time tracking properly either. Another bad aspect is that there is no support to get ideas through. For example, I tried to push the idea of having a store similar to the Epic one, and it died somewhere in Singapore with higher-ups not feeling confident in taking the risk.

Pros: Culture is excellent, with lots of ability to contribute. Innovative technology and experts in the field. Good leadership at multiple levels.

Cons: The company is growing fast, but the right changes are being made.
