Unity doesn't respect candidates. I was referred by an employer, and HR scheduled a phone interview. However, I did not receive a call or email even one week after the scheduled time.

I scheduled a phone interview with one HR representative. However, she didn't call me. She didn't even reply to my email or LinkedIn message. One week has passed, and I haven't received any new messages. I have to say this has been the most terrible experience in my job-seeking process.
