After initially being contacted by a Unity recruiter, there was a series of Zoom calls with various team members and managers, and a coding challenge. It was a really positive process. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and prompt feed

I did not get a follow-up after my interview with HR. We basically talked about my skills and experience, and what I've been doing in my previous work. We also discussed the role of the position and what will be expected.

Honestly, it's disgusting for such a well-known company. They just can't get their act together and treat interviewees like human beings. I think that says a lot about their company culture too, so I'll be gladly dodging this bullet.
