Good Ipo, Engineers Leaving
The IPO was good if you were there and vested before, as the stock went up.
Since the IPO, it seems some of the best engineers are leaving, including my manager. I have had mixed experiences with HR when I raised concerns. It seems to still be a boys' club when it comes to engineering leadership.
