Process
The interview process at Valon is impressive! We were not doing traditional LeetCode questions but instead had a 2-hour-long coding session which targeted building a software to solve specific business problems. It was fun and interactive. The design interview is also a very practical problem, not like a brain teaser or designing Facebook, which is way too abstract and not meaningful.
Questions
The only thing I could say is that they don't do LeetCode-type questions. Focus on building your knowledge foundation and practice building a workable program instead.
