Pros: Company is growing fast and sustainably. Strong PMF, moat, and huge opportunities for expansion. Revolutionizing a huge industry with very outdated incumbents. Challenging and interesting technical problems in the fintech space (mortgages). Smart, ambitious coworkers with low egos. Competitive equity compensation. Flexible remote policy. Future household name in tech (think Stripe, Figma, Databricks, Rippling, Ramp, etc.).

Cons: WLB is possible to have here, but most people choose to go above and beyond work-wise. Liquid compensation (i.e. cash bonuses or higher base) feels low compared to other companies of this caliber.

Pros: Great culture, mission, and compensation.

Cons: No cons – small, so it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Pros: - Learn from some of the best engineers. - Small, talented team means high talent density and you can provide meaningful impact. - Awesome market opportunity and huge impact to homeowners.

Cons: Things can sometimes be stressful because we're moving so quickly. Don't expect a great W/L balance.
