Process
I had an initial conversation with the recruiter. He told me the next step was a technical assessment. I asked for an ADA reasonable accommodation, and the recruiter said that shouldn't be a problem, but he hadn't dealt with that before, so he would have to check.
He then asked me to go ahead with the CoderPad assessment and to let him know if I felt like I needed more time. After the assessment, I let the recruiter know that I needed additional time, to which he came back and told me that Vanta would not make an exception to their interview process.
