Cons: Leadership has a toxic culture of promoting political managers who take credit, deflect blame, micromanage, and drive mass exoduses on teams. There is way too much leadership turnover from one team in particular.

Pros: Team members are problem-focused. We are strategic about where we invest our resources so that we can simplify security and compliance the most for our customers. People are thoughtful, considerate, and pragmatic. The company has strong product-market fit because the whole team always does their homework. This is only possible with strong collaboration. There is a clear mission to secure the internet and protect consumer data. And with the ability to find good product-market fit, it is exciting to see us make progress on this mission.

Cons: Today, our biggest challenge is to keep up the pace with market demand. We are constantly looking for ways to scale and evolve more effectively.

Pros: Vanta ticked all the boxes for me in my job search. The company's mission to secure consumer data on the internet leads to a positive impact on the world, Vanta's business is growing like crazy (profitable!), and the team is talented and kind. I couldn't have asked to join a better working environment. Given how quickly our business is growing, each week brings a new, exciting challenge.
