I applied online.
Initial tech screen process seems totally misaligned with the needs of a small, early Eng organization. Was a leetcode hard kinda question. Interviewer conveyed a lackluster interest in why he enjoyed working at the company, I walked away feeling like I dodged a bullet. No interest in any other experience or work history other than solving the puzzle.

Pros: - People are generally nice and will help if you ask.
- Team process is what you make it, and people are receptive to change.
- Things are always improving, and problems are raised and fixed.
- It is a modern software product facing interesting scaling challenges.
Cons: - Not a lot of support when first joined, little good live mentorship, and difficult to feel part of the team culture remotely
- Schedule pressure is very stressful; this job takes over evenings and occasional weekends
- Very high expectations and a difficult path to promotion
