Pros: Very good product and many good people. I am lucky to have both my direct manager and my VP. Quality, both amazing people and true professionals. And that's why I'm still here.
Cons: Very toxic environment. People keep shouting, especially the release management function, but not only.
You see people with tears like on a monthly basis, and no one seems to care.
It's hard to be a QA engineer; you get to carry the blame for everything.
Outside of QA, there's a real lack of process for a company this size, which makes the work really hard.
