Interview Process:
- HR Phone Interview: Approximately 10 minutes, a casual conversation.
- 1st Round: 2 hours with an interviewer, focusing on general QA and automation concepts.
- 2nd Round: 2.5 hours with more detailed and complicated questions overall.
- Meeting with Chief R&D: Not technical.
Couple of RED FLAGS:
- On every single interview, I was told about the long working hours, no work-life balance, and extremely tight schedules.
- Being dragged for 4 weeks for a positive/negative answer after the final round.
Pros:
- Get in shape for job interviews.
Cons:
- Everything else, probably.

Pros: Very good product and many good people. I am lucky to have both my direct manager and my VP. Quality, both amazing people and true professionals. And that's why I'm still here.
Cons: Very toxic environment. People keep shouting, especially the release management function, but not only.
You see people with tears like on a monthly basis, and no one seems to care.
It's hard to be a QA engineer; you get to carry the blame for everything.
Outside of QA, there's a real lack of process for a company this size, which makes the work really hard.

Pros: Very good atmosphere. Every single employee is very friendly and always willing to help on any matter. The work is interesting and diverse, and it makes you learn new technologies and skills all the time.
Cons: The company is in a transition from being a startup to a big company, sometimes still acting like a startup.
