After thirty minutes detailing my work experience and open-source projects in a behavioral interview, the interviewer proclaimed he knew how toxic my current employer's culture is.
He cut the interview short, explained that my employer is a horrible company to work for, and told me he needed to hear me share the same sentiment about my employer in order to have been considered.
