Culture and work-life balance are horrible. There are incompetent managers and product managers who try to bully their employees with unrealistic expectations.
Long hours and burnout are common. Employees call in sick due to this very often.
There is a lack of empathy and respect towards employees.
Needs a culture overhaul very badly. A little bit of empathy and respect from managers and product managers can go a long way. Attrition rates are very bad for a reason.
