- Light workload
- Decent pay
- Have begun implementing very bad policies (got rid of sick days in the US, restrictive hours for a remote job, increasing in-office requirements).
- Was personally gaslit and retaliated against for complaining about said policy changes.
- Management is very opaque.
- Performance evaluation is awful; any minor mistake is held against you.
- Almost complete salary freeze over the last year.
- A lot of busywork; entire teams just duplicating existing code/features.
- Lots of meetings.
- Stock keeps going down, and stock is a big part of compensation; options are useless.
Treat your employees better, or they will leave.
