Pros: The company's mission is valuable, rewarding, and satisfying. This is the biggest plus by far.
Salary is nice.
Logo looks okay.
Cons: Bad management: There are a few seriously spoiled apples in low to mid management, and upper management has no clue.
They *promised* (in writing) that Verisign would stay in fully remote mode even after the pandemic. And now they force the employees back into the office, for now only 2 days, but we know where this is heading.
You cannot trust management on any level.
Run if you have other options.

Lots of benefits:

* Medical/dental/vision plans
Great vacation policy (close to 4 weeks).
Lot of opportunities to grow professionally.
Great people to work with.
Cons: Sometimes people had to work overtime during release times.
