Pros

Monday fruit. Some excellent contributors.

Cons

Poor management at all levels: manager, senior manager, director, VP, C-level. Too many managers with less than 5 staff. Too top-heavy, with too many levels between contributors and executives. Poor execution of strategy. Terrible accounts group, AP especially dismal, staffed by high school graduates.

Advice to Management

Reduce tiers and managers. Require managers to have a minimum of 5 staff or be responsible for a program valued 5x their salary.

Also, as chairman, Bidzos is not managing Verisign; the CEO, Bill Roper, is. His experience is in government contracting, not Silicon Valley tech.
