Good Stock, Tough Promotions
Great benefits in relation to stock options. Very interesting work due to the team I'm working for. Have access to a lot of good data, which is good. I cannot compare the benefits since I have not worked anywhere else, but general theory is that it's good.
It seems difficult to get promotions and salary increases.
