Pros: In the San Jose office you'll find amazing, kind people who were a pleasure to work with. Great perks including frequent catering, a great cafeteria, and a beautiful river trail behind the office.
Cons: The leadership is not in the same mindset as the rest of Silicon Valley, and this manifests itself quite unfortunately. Salaries are low-balled, causing Verizon to fail to retain the best tech talent.
