Two weeks after applying, I received an email from a recruiter asking me to send a copy of my resume.
A few days later, I was asked to complete an online video interview.
You are allowed to re-record your answers as many times as you want to five behavioral questions.
A few days after that, I was asked to schedule a phone interview.
During the phone interview, I was immediately asked my GPA, which was listed on my resume.
I was told applicants under a 3.0 cumulative GPA are automatically disqualified and would not proceed further.
The call ended after a total of one minute.
I was a bit surprised considering the job posting does not have a mandatory minimum GPA listed, although it states, "Ideally, you'll also have a GPA of 3.2 or higher."
