Senior Performance Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

The process was fast. It was interviewing at Atlanta, GA.

I applied on the company website. A recruiter contacted me the next day, and we scheduled a screening call.

Next week, I got an invitation to a technical screen call.

Interviewers were polite and asked very easy questions (except one really strange one; I'm not even sure if they ever used the tool they asked about). My impression is that they are looking not for seniors but rather for juniors who will press buttons to run scripts and send dashboards as reports. I expected that such a company as Verizon should look for more strong specialists.

Overall, the interview process is good.
