It's a contractor position, but usually very stable. The interview was recommended by another friend inside Verizon. The manager met me for a one-on-one interview and asked several technical questions. They were very basic and should be fine without any problem. Then it was finished, and I got the offer.

Well-educated developers with good work ethics will do well when paired with experienced team leaders.
Cons: Schedules for releases are difficult. Most team leaders and developers have too little experience when it comes to business knowledge and system knowledge.
