Well-educated developers with good work ethics will do well when paired with experienced team leaders.
Schedules for releases are difficult. Most team leaders and developers have too little experience when it comes to business knowledge and system knowledge.
Long-term knowledge is the key. New developers will struggle without experienced team leaders.
