It was a pool campus drive for hiring freshers.
First round: Aptitude test. It contained 3 or 4 papers: English Comprehension, Aptitude, Data Structures, etc.
Second round: Technical interview. This varied from interviewer to interviewer. For me, it was completely based on my final year project discussion.
Programming round: This was only for people from Computer Science or Information Technology. They took a programming round. A question was written on the board, and we had to write a program on white paper. The question was sorting a single linked list.
Third round: HR. This was just a formality. Questions like your strength and weakness, etc.
Then they sent us a mail with a joining letter and a huge form attached, which we had to fill up with our personal details and send back.
Before joining, they sent a person to verify my address, etc. And on reaching Chennai, we had to go through a medical test just to ensure we are fit and fine.
Done. Next, we joined. That was just 15 days after our final semester exams.
Data Structures was tricky.
