Process

I was a campus hire. The first round consisted of an online objective test comprising of computer science questions and aptitude. Once you clear it, there is a GD where if you give valid points and don't shout too much, you will get selected.

After this, there is one technical round where they mainly ask about college projects and basic C, DBMS questions. You'll also need to write a letter to your manager about a technical issue and convince the manager that your solution is best.

Finally, an HR round consisting of puzzles and preferred location. There was no negotiation round as it was a campus interview.

Questions

Write a letter to your manager, thinking about any technical problem that would occur and convince him that your solution is the best.
