Usually go through 2 or 3 interviews. If you are not selected, they come up with some excuse to disqualify you, even though you may be fully qualified. Requirements were changed mid-game, and they selected a guy who is now struggling in the role.
Can you tell me a time when you wanted to pursue an initiative that nobody else on your team wanted to pursue, and how you convinced them to go along with it?
