Process
Usually go through 2 or 3 interviews. If you are not selected, they come up with some excuse to disqualify you, even though you may be fully qualified. I previously did a previous incarnation of this same job. I went out and got the experience I was told I needed. Requirements were changed mid-game, and they selected a guy who is now struggling in the role.
