I applied for a job I was not qualified for. They did call me for a face-to-face interview. Both parties quickly realized that I was not the one for the job. Needless to say, this experience was unpleasant, and I am now more careful about the jobs I apply for.

Pros: Friendly co-workers, great management. They will help if there are any questions about what is wanted or needed. Great pay and benefits, and a good culture around the company.
Cons: I had to work some Saturdays, and there were a couple of weeks a year where I had to work 60 hours. I was paid overtime for that week.
