Verizon does pay pretty well, and the benefits are top-notch.
Verizon has always been a tough place to work, but in the past, everyone worked together, and that made up for short project timelines and the like. The money that is due to you may be diverted to someone else if that is what some director wants to do.
Do not be afraid to fire executives who are not performing or causing chaos because they simply cannot lead.
