Good environment at the office. Very few managers are good. Maybe my luck, I have got assigned to a great team. Work-wise, I was totally satisfied.
If you are a contractor, forget about being treated as a colleague; they are not even going to treat you as a human. They will not even consider you in taking project suggestions. My other friends who joined as contractors faced a lot of humility.
IMPORTANT - No job security if you are a contractor.
Please treat vendors as humans in the first place. We're also working for your company's development & growth!!
